WITIVE Announces 2025 Okinawa Team Workshop
WITIVE Inc. will hold a company-wide team workshop in Okinawa, Japan from November 19 (Wed) to 22 (Sat), 2025. The workshop is positioned not as a vacation, but as an intensive alignment session for a team preparing to operate globally. The theme is “Beyond Collaboration, Toward Connection.”
Time to Reconnect, Align, and Grow
The Okinawa workshop is designed for WITIVE members to directly experience and internalize the company’s connection-driven culture. Instead of top-down updates, teams will re-align on direction, responsibility, and execution priorities together.
During the program, WITIVE will share 2026 strategic directions for its core brands — CONNECT, Ulleung Air, U:CON, and dokdo.im — and discuss how each team can generate real synergy going forward.
Global Scale, Leadership, and Execution
The workshop focuses on how WITIVE will expand its business footprint, deepen partnerships, and strengthen operational maturity. Global rollout readiness is treated as a shared responsibility across teams, not just a management-level agenda.
Each team will run its own working session and mission-based mini-projects. The intention is to answer three questions clearly: What are we building, why does it matter, and how are we going to deliver it in reality?
Creative Recharge & Local Immersion
Beyond structured work sessions, the workshop includes team immersion programs, local culture experiences, and open idea-sharing. This is meant to rebuild focus, trust, and pace across the organization.
WITIVE refers to this as a “positive energy loop”: restoring individual focus while strengthening team creativity, which the company considers essential to sustainable growth.
